For a custom project to be carried out, a minimum order of 5 units is required. by article and design.
Custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned, except for manufacturing defects. In this case, our quality department will review the garments to verify the production error, and we will either repair the defect or manufacture another garment at no cost to you.
All orders placed between February 26 and March 30 can be received at the address provided during the week of the event, with shipping costs covered. Alternatively, they can be delivered free of charge to the HEMON booth the day before the event.
